RiverWinds Yacht Club
History
During the winter of 2007 at a kitchen table a few good friends talked about forming a new Yacht Club. Over the next few months they spoke to other friends and formed a group of sixteen (16) individuals interested in boating. Those sixteen people in turn decided to work together and form a Yacht Club. This club later became the RiverWinds Yacht Club.
RiverWinds was incorporated as a non-profit organization in April 2007. The sixteen members that initially formed the club were:

During our first year the membership grew from 16 to 31 members nearly doubling in size. Below are the major milestones for the year 2007
